I remember one new years eve day at central Bank which we would have everyone bring a covered dish from homs for the party.   Well this year I made the sauerkraut pork and hot dogs.  Well Tim come's walking in and said, Gee I just might have to try some of this it smelled go good all morning.  As we sat there wathcing TV Tim said, who made this sauerkraut and as my hand went up very slowly he said, that this is the best tasting sauerkraut he ever had when is in here.  I told him I put salt and pepper, a little brown sugar and beer.  He said, BEER  I don't drink and I said relaxe Tim all the acholol has been cooked out u will be ok....so he said well then it won't hurt to have a little more....I was so happy he liked my covered dish.  He had a really good sense of humor.....
